No one can become self aware without exploring with another how they see, how they are seen and what impact they have in their day to day behaviour in a working environment.

Cultivating a depth of understanding of oneself not only challenges ingrained patterns and preconceptions, but opens up an ability to read the emotional map of others and stimulates creativity and man management beyond self expectation. It changes thinking, the quality of conversation and the power to persuade.

In this way, developmental programmes, motivational initiatives and business strategies are not constructed in a vacuum, or from a set of aspirational concepts or cultural inheritance, but are directly relevant to the needs of the moment, and the market, and the individuals involved. This also becomes true when applied to an individual in any role that seeks to influence and persuade.

My coaching method exclusively embraces this philosophy. It is those individuals at this level of power and decision making that make up my Practice.
